Hart of the Matter #11: Steven Rose

  • December 18, 2008

My guest this week is Steven Rose, a neuroscientist and biologist who has spent more than 40 years studying the brain and how it works. Unusually for a scientist, Steven is outspoken on some political issues. He was politicised by growing up in a Jewish family in World War II Britain. He describes himself as “anti-Zionist” and he is a prominent supporter of the academic boycott of Israel.

This is an absolutely excellent interview ! This is the truth , yet

I find it absolutely amazing that my family and friends still repeat this: "The Jews have no place to go" , "They have suffered so much"

story line . The U.S. Mainstream Media makes it seem that there is no injustice in Israel , and no suffering in Palestine. Palestinians

are only suffering the consequences of their own bad actions ! That is branded into the brains of many people I talk to . . . .

    , , , , Sincerely , John Bottomly
